The demon I did a long time ago for a server (which canceled the project and therefore I stayed with him), the trees are made by me, here i have the proofs of one of the trees (sorry if I do not take photo of the tree big)

1) As I said, there's no proof of the demon, so it could have been stolen.
2) Regarding the trees, all you could have done is take a tree, and break it down. It seems a lot like I'm being lied to. For anyone who is confused, it looks a lot to me like he's using Plutouthere's Medium Tree Pack.

I'm lead to believe these two points because of their comparison to the rest of the build. The tower looks to have a lot less detail than everything else, and would take a lot less expertise.
