HCF Nether map with Glowstone mountain

Hello, i'd love to buy a (HCF Like) nether map. If you have played on hcf you would understand the concept and all. I would need it to be flat near spawn (around 500-1000blocks flat near spawn), Roads(South,West,North,East roads). the spawnpoint/middle of the nether spawn needs to be built at the coordinates 0,0. (Include a nether spawn)
My budget is $25AUD, If the map is AMAZING, i might extend, or might go lower (NEGOTIABLE)
