[HCF] Nether Spawn

Hello!
I'm looking for a Nether Spawn for my HCF Server.

Idea of a "Nether Spawn"

I'd like the idea of a Nether Spawn with a temple in the middle similar to Para's, except with "Guardians" knelt down outside of it with a sword in each hand. (There should be one facing N, E, S & W.) With a few nether portals inside the temple.

My budget is around $20-$25 as it shouldn't be too big.
