[+] 13+ Years of age.

I currently do not own a server yet.​

The reason I dont have a HCF server yet is because I am wanting to find a owner and Setup many of my plugins and do tests and fix bugs etc. I will be buying a server and many other things Once I find a partner.

$20 to $40? I'd recommend you look at some other threads in the server section and see how much money you have to put into a server if you want it to be good.

Advertisement alone will cost $300+ and that'll still only get at most 100 players.

Then there's hosting ($100+ for anything decent), ddos protection, website, buycraft, development, builds, etc.

I think I know, I'm a server owner myself. I said, "$20 to $40" Because he has, "must have $40" as a requirement. I was telling him to look at what you are saying.
