HCF Pearl Plugin

I dont know if a plugin like this is even possible but if you think you can do it then reply to the thread with an estimate of how much you will charge. Ignore the very bottom as it is pretty much a rant.

Hey there McMarket. Ive recently started up an hcf server and im trying to find a way to make my server stand out. I am looking for a plugin that will possibly fix pearls and make them the way they were on kohi. If you have ever played velt or arcane you may know that pearls are pretty bad. Sometimes it will register you threw one but not teleport you at all. Then you are stuck on cooldown when you should be out of the trap you were pearling out of. another thing about old hcf was being able to pearl through open fence gates. They removed this on other servers as players thought it made the game to hard.

Hardcore factions is starting to lose the hardcore factor with people wanting instapots, op $300 ranks, keys, lives. People are even making plugins to change the kb you will take on a server because people keep blaming deaths on kb.

So you just want it so you can pearl through open gates and a fix on the pearls so you don’t get a cool down if it didn’t land ?
