HCF Plugin, and can't go to nether, and end! HELP ASAP PLEASE

Does anyone have a [elevator] up and down plugin that I could have for free? Please, or for like 25 cents, atm im not that rich. Also is there a way to fix it so I can go to nether, I already checked server properties, its enabled, both end and nether you cant tp to.... Please HELP ME! Ill VOUCH PLEASE!

... Okay. First, if they're both enabled in your server properties, then you most likely have another plugin installed that is preventing travel (perhaps your HCF plugin, a core of some sort?) etc. Second, there are plenty of elevator plugins out there, for free, if you just take 2 minutes to Google.

Delete server files, put .jars back into the plugins folder and restart the server.
