HCF Plugin

I was wondering where people can get the HCF plugin like on Arcane, VeltPvP and basically all the other popular HCF servers. Are they not public / free like regular faction plugins? Let me know thank !

I mean I think it's pretty simple lmao. It's just like a regular Factions plugin... all you have to do is make it so your fac won't hurt each other and just shows the details.

That's what I've been saying this entire time yes. That's why it does not look very complicated to do so.
