HCF Plugin

I'm making a twist on HCF server, wondering;

Is there a raw HCF plugin so just the factions claiming DTR no kits or reclaim or anything just the factions plugin?

You could probably do this through a normal HCF plugin, just don't allow permissions to kits, reclaim, etc.

I've never experimented with HCF, do you have any suggestions?

I actually haven't touched many HCF forks myself, are you looking for a paid option or free?

Either really could get it custom if need be
