HCF Plugins : EOTW Plugin (Budget: $15)

Hey,

I am looking for a experienced developer to make or even give me these plugins.

Plugin #1:
Subclaim plugin for HCFactions.
When you are in your faction's claim you place a sign on a chest or even a double chest with:
[Subclaim]
IGN
IGN = In game name.
It subclaims to you. Mods and the leader can open it but members can't.

Plugin #2:
EOTW plugin for HCFactions.
I need a EOTW plugin that performs when you do /eotw(!!ONLY IN CONSOLE!!)
Then it makes all factions raidable and so theres no f homes.
It also performs the command /koth start EOTW 30

This is all for now.
