HCF PvP Timer

I want a pvp timer that is similar to the one on hcteams. It needs to have a scoreboard that tells counts down how much longer you have the pvp timer. Also I want it so you cant enter faction territory while you have pvp timer enabled and you cant pick up items. Im willing to pay $10 for this and you can resell it
