HCF Scoreboard/Core Plugin

Ive got a full made HCF server, I'm currently using an older version of bub's core but the scoreboard doesn't work, i need a core or scoreboard plugin that shows the scoreboard the whole time, which has spawn tag, ender pearl cool down, pvp timer, if a KOTH is activated the KOTHS name and the capture time (subsides KOTH) and lib halt's armor class plugin the class warmup must show in the scoreboard, if you can do this comment your Skype, thanks-j0n
