Hey guys I need a HCF Scoreboard plugin. It should be like the scoreboards on PureHCF, ParaPots, HCTeams, etc.
1) SpawnTag - So when someone hits a player, they and the player they hit summons a scoreboard which says
"&2&lSpawnTag &6&l- &e&l{seconds:milliseconds}." The scoreboard counts down from 30 and stays @ 30 if the players are continuing to exchange hits. This does not require to hook into combattag or any spawntag plugin, all it is, is a simple timer.
2) EnderPearl - So when someone throws an enderpearl it counts down from 10 like the spawntag and does not need to hook into any cooldown plugins. It should look like this: "&2&lEnderPearl &6&l- &e&l(seconds:milliseconds}."
3) Koth - This is optional (paid more $ if this is done) so basically this should hook into SubSide's koth plugin and display the time of all currently active caps of koths (like hcteams). It should look like "&2&l{koth name} &6&l- &e&l{duration until capped}." If the koth is not yet being capped it should just say 15:00 where the duration of cap is.
4) drtshock HCFactions - So as many of you know, if you have more than 1 scoreboard on your server active at the same time it will cancel one of them out. This scoreboard will obviously override drtshock's faction colored relationship nametags. So I have come up with a fix for this. If you can hook into his plugin using his api, you can just make the relationship nametags from there and I could disable the scoreboard in the config.yml. So you might need to use the massivecore api to do this also idk, but I do know this is possible since my other dev was able to do this with my classes plugin so it gives the potion effects to every online member in the faction. It doesn't need to be configurable but it should look like this, enemy: &c{user} ally: &9{user} faction member: &2{user}. Basically like PureHCF.
This plugin must have support and cannot be redistributed to ANYONE but me. My budget for this is around $20 (negotiable). Thanks for reading this! (Might pay more if its done in only a few hrs

BTW: If you are wondering why I am not doing this is because there were 2 things I could never master in the art of Bukkit Coding: #1 - Scoreboards & #2 - Hooking into other plugins (using apis also).
