Hey guys its Flob, I just finished working on a Freeze plugin with my friend and we have decided to sell 1 copy since this is also what I will use on my server. Its very efficient, requires no other plugins, and has absolutely no bugs at all. HCTeams has a similar plugin which they use for SOTW to freeze all players at their spawn point. Here are the commands.
NOTE: This plugin only freezes un-opped players NOT opped players!!!
Features:
~ Freeze a specific player.
~ Freeze all players on the server.
~ Temp freeze specified players on server.
~ Get a list of all frozen players.
~ Stores a file with all frozen & temp frozen players.
~ Nice config allowing you what a player can and cannot do while frozen.
~ Works on Java 7 or Java 8 servers.
Commands:
/freeze ~ Base command, shows plugins usage.
/freeze <player> - Toggles the freezing of a player.
/freezeall - Freeze all players on the server.
/unfreezeall - Unfreeze all players on server.
/tmpfreeze <player> <seconds> <reason> - Temp freeze a player.
/freezelist - Get a list of all frozen players.
/rldfreeze - Reload the plugin.

Set your global spawn point by doing /setworldspawn or if you have a spawn plugin just set the world spawn with that. Then before any players join do /freezeall and it will freeze the players when they join the server at the server spawn point. To unfreeze all the players do /unfreezeall.
