You can keep the configs but when selling the plugins themselves cannot be resold. You can still keep the config so if they get a copy of the plugin themselves theyll still have everything configged.

Then why do people such as TheHumax_, Sniper, or any of the biggest template makers keep the premium plugins in there? If you did not buy the premium plugins directly from spigot then you didn't agree to anything. If he didn't buy them off spigot he didn't legally agree to anything about reselling them or not.

In legal terms, anyone is allowed to crack a premium spigot plugin as the license it uses is free-ware, but MC-Market has their own rule saying it's not allowed, feel free to sell cracked plugins on another forum but MC-Market doesn't allow this. Justis R talked about this once I believe.

I don't have cracked plugins, I personally purchased a spigot account that had about a hundred premium plugins. You don't have to have a cracked version to have gotten it for free.

My point was it doesn't matter where you get the plugins from, MCM does not allow premium plugins to be 'leaked' or 'sold' unless you are the original author or have direct permission from the author.

Then all major template makers and hundreds of people who have sold servers on mc-m should be banned? I have personally bought over 10 servers in which all had there premium plugins.[DOUBLEPOST=1525065714][/DOUBLEPOST]To me it seems like you are trying to pick on a new guy because I don't see you or anyone else commenting on threads such as the one selling zonix about them selling premium plugins in there server.

That's nice, because others break the rules doesn't mean you should as well. Open a support ticket if you find it unfair that they're getting away with it.

Never once broke the rules. I bought servers with premium plugins. I have never sold a server on mc-m specifically.
