HCF Server advice

Can someone please explain to me what's behind a HCF server. I understand that people get deathbanned but is it like factions where they can mine and everything or what? Also if you know of any good plugins for an HCF server please list them below as it would be greatly appreciated .

HCF Servers are incredibly difficult to break out with without spending a ton of money on advertising and even then you may not make it.

However I would research the mode your making before you even THINK about making it

^ What he said, with a few years of experience on the gamemode all I can say is running a HCF server is difficult without proper funding.

I strongly suggest you do as iBelieve suggested and do some research until you know exactly what builds and plugins are required.
