I am currently making a new minecraft HCF server type,

Requirements:
- Need to be 13+
- Need to be patient
- Need to help with investments
- Must have past owner experiences with proof
- Need to speak English Fluently
- Need to be a developer (Custom)
- Need to be Mature

If you will be the owner developer, you must make custom plugins, most of the server donations will be going to your account.

If I can make my own plugins and pay for the server, why do I need you? What do you offer?

Sounds like you are looking for someone to create a network for you. Development takes a lot of time and even saves you a lot of money. Making the developer invest into the server as well just sounds unfair, and tbh, if I were the developer, I would just open a network myself without your help.

Its my friends account, I am using it because he doesn't know how to do posts and stuff so I replied to you with my account + he is hosting the server, not me
