HCF Server Development

Hello, I was wondering if I was able to get any prices from a developer for how much you would charge for an HCF server like VeltPvP. I would like some custom plugins but I am fine with it as long is it's done well and done correctly.
I don't have a price range.

Thanks for the mention, but like Tyler said, this is hardly anything to go off of at the moment.

*prepares to get bashed* I wouldn't go with Blasthappy, he can't even make a 17 KB plugin, yet alone a whole HCF core, that's ridiciulous. And oh, when will my plugin be done?

VeltPvP is shit.. for a decent HCF server that has a good rep + playerbase is around 1k+
