Disclaimer: I did this on my phone, excuse my spelling.
First of all, I'd like to introduce myself. Hi, my name is Toxify or oml / Peter. I manage servers on Minecraft. Recently my friends and I have decided to make a HCF server. We've got custom plugins, new classes besides bard, archer, and rouge. We've just got a e5v3 and a e3. We've got tip top ddos protection and amazing staff! There is only one thing missing; a good build team. What are we looking for in our build team you may ask?:
1) Builders that are dedicated.
2) Builders that recieve little to no pay after a build. Why no pay you ask? Our server is at tip top shape. We plan to have many players on the server at once. Also, as we've just got a e5v3 and a e3, that costed us a lot of money. Currently our interest / money is in the red, yet we plan to double what we had to begin with when we release. We are willing to give the tag [Builder] and money as you become more dedicated towards the server. The more the server grows, the more income we make, the more you get payed.
3) Builders that get along with ours, are able to communicate within calls while building to minimize arguments.
4) Have to agree with our ToS.
Our ToS:
You must complete the build first TO OUR EXPECTATIONS, then we pay you as FF so no charge backs can be made on either side.
How to apply?:
Message my Skype, pete_brilliant.
We will look at your portfolio, have it ready.
We will look at your past records.
We will moderate you while building.
We will NOT pay before the build is created to our expectations.
Lastly, you must be experienced. The more experience you have, the more likely you are to get hired. Now, we are currently willing to pay a small amount ranging from 3-10 USD per build depending on difficulty.
Like I said earlier, you will get payed more once the server strives along with your dedication and work capability.

In certain cases, our ToS will change:
50% of the money before the build, 50% of the money after the build. This is upon request.
