Requirements and other relevant information
List Everything someone would need to make a decent Hardcore Factions (HCF) server on a $100 budget. You do not have to include server/domain/website costs.

e.g. $20 for "Steve's Core", $20 for Graphics

User with the best budget will get $5.00 paypal, decided by me.

$15 - Graphics
$60 - Advertisement. This should be enough for 2-3 decently sized streamers, getting you a SOTW of well over 100+. The purchases on this SOTW should be enough to cover the $100 you've just spent, which can then be reused on more advertisement each SOTW and more hosting (since you usually have a SOTW every week or two, instead of monthly, you don't need to spend as much on the host. You also don't need to spend anything else on graphics. With your remaining money, you can add even more to advertisement or keep it as profit.)
$0 - Plugins

There are great free plugins out there, as well as free cores. With just an hour or two of searching, you can find anything you'll need.
