Hcf Server setups

I am starting a HCF server im willing to invest alot on it me and my friends have been working on it alot and i dont like how it have came out.
I will pay someone to add me on skype and help me i don't want fully custom coded plugins just config to the way i want.

im looking for a hcf plugin. that uses wands and money to claim.
koth plugin
lives/deathban plugin that uses lives in stead of credits
ban manager plugin so staff can check players info ingame.
warn/freeze plugin.
world size limiter
end spawn and exit at specific coords
enchantment limiter/potion

all configured to the way i want.
meaning the command you use in game.
this is a one time thing you would have access to console until done then ill pay.

if you do a good job i will keep you on skype in case i need any help and pay then.
if the server works out im willing to pay a weekly rate to keep you as my dev
we can discuss pricing over skype.

please tell me the price you would like to be paid for the things i need!
