HCF Server Website Design

I'm making a HCF server again and I don't wanna use reddit and rather use a website like

If anyone can make a website like MineHQ / Lunar I would appreciate if you could contact me I'm not sure if I will need other developers etc yet to help sync stats etc but for now I just need someone who can do this and has a decent amount of rep for making sites, I don't have a budget as of right now, but any price that comes into my head from your portfolio i'll tell you. Not particular looking to make a copy, would want something unique or similar.
