Hello, My name is Jason, I am 16 years old. I have been doing HCF setups for about 1 year or so now. I am very experienced with HCF servers and how they work. Me and my team work around the clock to provide high quality HCF Setups for out clients. My team consists of two people, Me and HyKurtis , Our goal is to satisfy our clients with each order.

More lies. If anyone has been reading the conversation they'd know:
1. I never asked you to work your ass off all day.
2. One of the only things and my number 1 condition was that you update me with progress.
3. I specifically asked you for the update before I went to sleep and when I woke up, you didn't update me.
I made the scam report WAYYYYY after everything. You make it sound like I jumped straight to a scam report. I submitted the report today, I don't think I submitted a scam report instead of simply asking you for an update. I submitted it because I demanded a refund and you would not give a refund. And you tossed me a trash setup that you spent only 2 hours on, which can be proved beyond any doubt by simply looking at the server logs included in your server package.

Now you are offering me a refund in skype chat and I'm going to be waiting on the refund. I will not modify or revoke my scam report until I have my refund.

I don't care what your concern and inquiry is with this person, but one day is not enough for a setup. You're paying for a good setup aren't you? Well time is a factor in that setup, and so is patience. He doesn't need to tell you that its going to take longer than a day, you should know that by yourself. It takes us nearly 4 hours to perfectly configure featherboard, and you're expecting someone to make you a setup in just one day?

Have some respect for him, it's not his fault at all. 3-4 days is actually extremely fast for a setup to be done, considering the amount of work that needs to be put in. You clearly didn't do any research whatsoever, and are bashing at a guy for no reason...

Another person who jumps in without looking at evidence. None of what you said is even remotely relevant. Where did you read that I asked him to do it in 1 day? I never even gave him a time frame. He had all the time he needed. My number 1 term before the payment was that he is required to update me with his progress. And when I specifically asked for a progress update before I went to bed, so that I know what's been worked on when I got up, he didn't update me, you know why? He hadn't done any work for hours by the point I asked for that update. He had nothing to update me with, so he later lied and said he spent hours on the server permissions.

Here, I know you are an expert at setups, you tell me if this is hours of work, oh I also must mention, since you didn't read any of the evidence provided, that I asked him to plan the ranks and perms and show them to me before he applies any of it. He didn't do it. He said he spent an hour on planning, and I asked him to show me the plan, he said "It's in my head".
Would you behave that way if I were to hire you? Would you consider this guy up to your standard? Would you partner up with him and 50-50 your work?

Oh by the way none of those "Owners" are me. He copy and pasted this permissions file form some previously uncompleted setup, that's why they're in there. So are the random stupid ranks that I never asked for.

Did you see my 3 points, marked in numbers 1, 2 and 3? No? I assume not because you think I asked him to finish it off in 1 day. The only person making that claim is him, and he's using that as an excuse to sway people to his side by making me look unreasonable, so that he can stop working on the server and not give me a full refund at the same time. The reason I stopped using him and asked for the refund is because he lied to me about the progress, which I've already proved to the staff handling the scam report.

He also already admitted to scamming the previous person to me and on this forum, under exactly the same circumstances. Scroll to the first page and read the first devouch.

I'm bashing him now because he lied about how much work he'd put in, to the report handler, in order to cut down the amount he must refund me. He refunded me $25 out of $35 paid to him, and the only reason he couldn't refund it all in the first place was that he told me he spent the money right after I sent it to him. He was already willing to refund in the first place, meaning he knew he should have, but simply didn't have the money to do it.

Would you like me to send you the rest of the "setup" he made me, and compare it to one of your own quality setups? I'm sure you can already tell the quality from the pex setup. According to him that pex file is completed. Also according to him he isn't even done adding plugins to the server. How does one finish permissions for a server before adding plugins? You tell me, I know you are the expert because I asked people in the mcm shoutbox who to go to after this scam, everyone tells me MineLife.
