[HCF] Shopkeepers Villagers dissapearing

So i have a problem with Shopkeepers, they are dissapearing on spawn every x time and they don't spawn until the shopkeepers plugin refresh the villagers again, i have the option bypass-spawn-blocking: true in the config and i have allowed the spawn of animals in the Spawn region

There are no errors on console, and i don't want to share my plugin list, but ther are public plugins like ClearLag, WorldGuard, HCFactions (drtshock), Essentials, etc

ClearLag is causing it probably.

Check your mob stacker plugin, that was an issue I had.

I don't think that'ts the issue, because the villagers are just dissapearing all at the same time and there mobs are villagers, zombies, cows etc (different NPCs with different mobs), if it's the mob stacked plugin it should stack all the villagers/mobs into one but they are dissapearing until i type /shopkeepers reload
