HCF Spawn + 3 KoTHs

Hello,
I'm buying an HCF spawn and it must have the following;

• 121x121 in size
• Roads going North, South, West, East
• Villager Shops (4?)
• 3 crates
• Lake where people can fish
• Info Area
• Cannot use 1.8 blocks.

I am paying a maximum of $30.

Then I'm buying 3 KoTHs, they must be at least 75x75, and 101x101 max.
I don't care the slightest what the theme is, just have the KoTH thing in the middle, and do NOT use 1.8 blocks.
I can pay $10 each.
You will be going first, I do not go first. Payment will be sent once the builds are in my possession, or has been viewed via screenshare or lots of pictures.
I will not send any payment as F&F.
