[ Requesting "Japanese Theme" HCF Spawn ]

Heya! I'm Squid and I'm looking for someone to build me a nice, detailed HCF type Spawn.
I will provide examples of a "HCF Spawn" for people who are unaware of what they are

Ok, I think you get the idea
HCF Spawns are usually relatively simple, usually around 100 x 100 and pretty simple. Obviously I don't want a Spawn exactly like Kohi or HCTeams although you can use the above screenshots to give you an image of what a HCF Spawn is.

So, I would like a HCF Spawn related to this style:
Theme: Japanese (Pink trees etc w/ a "Japanese" style houses (Don't have to be detailed inside except for 1 which will be the shop!)
It should include:
- A Farming Area (Cow Spawners)
- A Nether Portal
- At least 1 "Japanese Themed" House which is relatively detailed (not to complex tho) inside where I can have a small shop.
- 1 Small Pond for Fishing
My Budget is:
- $30

That's about it, I would be EXTREMELY grateful if anybody/anyone can make me a Spawn like this.
