Title is what I want.

Dimensions do not matter but MUST be in multiples of 16 (my factions plugin works around chunks.)Pretty much unlimited budget. Reply & pm me if interested.

Preferred dimensions:
Spawn: (multiple of 3) * 16
KoTH: your choice
map: 3k by 3k
