Hello, I own a hcf server and I am in need of a spawn. I would like the spawn theme to be Modern. I would like to have a place for Fishing , Little Hcf Shop , Crates and thats about it. I would like it 75 by 75. Please post how much you want to make this. Im not paying a lot.
