Hello MCM,

Today I am wanting an HCF Server to recruit me. I want to progress and help out your server with my experience. I hope that you like my application and will find it fairly interesting.

ArsonPvP:
I would like to talk about this server first as it was one of my biggest servers I have been staff on. I was SrAdmin. Took about 4-5 weeks to get to SrAdmin. This server taught me things that I would have never known to this day. This server was a great experience. It taught me what to and not to do. The main things I did for this server is to read applications and just view the site in general. I did as a SrAdmin SS Hackers and help the Manager Interview people. In my opinion I did a pretty great job of it. The server did shutdown about three weeks ago due to huge player loss and the server just pretty much dying out. It's really sad to see this server die that fast. I would like to thank HyKurtis for the experiences and adventures on his server.

SlayHCF:
This server was actually the one I owned. It was not a big server. SOTW got an average of 20 players. First of all I had no clue on what i was doing but I did manage to get some Youtubers and SOTW to get up. I did everything on my own. This server did teach me about server setups and much more experience as an Owner. I would have kept going on SlayHCF but I could not due to money loss.

Why Should you pick me?:

Firstly, You should pick me because I have much experience. As stated above I have been working with some big and small HCF Servers in the past. I would like to share my experience with you and the community of the server. Secondly, I am mature. Maturity takes a big part as a Staff member. If you are not mature to the people around you, you should not be a staff member in the first place. If I run into problems, I stay calm and work on the fix to the problem. In my opinion, I am a very mature person. Lastly, I believe I can make the server better in multiple and positive ways. I am really looking forward to help people as it can have a huge impact on the community.

As I said, two failed server which had and still have a huge lack of professionalism, and no player base at all.

I really don't take your experience as much. Arson has been dead for quite a long time. And your other position as an owner only hit 20.

You really shouldn't throw around the word experienced.

Experience? I have been SrAdmin on ArsonPvP for 9 months. Back in the day when I was staff Arson got 300-400 players. During that whole 9 months taught me a lot.

Well, I assumed that much because you haven't realised you wasted nine months of your life in a dead server because even though it had a somewhat "big" player base at some point, everyone knew it was going down at some point.

Arson peaked a while ago, Prime was a good Manager / SrAdmin.

Prime was an incredible admin and one of the best staff on Arson. Vouch.
