HCF staff (Mod or Admin)

Hello my name (IGN) is foworg, and I am looking to moderate a hcf server or even help out into making one.

Spoiler: Mod

As a mod I know the basic necessity. For example, I know how to ss, I know how to break conflict between 2 other players. I can record most of my proof.

Spoiler: Admin

I know the basic on what to do as an admin. Some examples are helping out by finding bugs, hiring really good staff, knowing most of the hcf commands, I know how to work with a lot of plugins known to hcf.

Spoiler: Past Experience

I have been mod on many servers here are some.
1. DragonHCF (AKA HCWars): I was a Mod on dragonhcf but soon was about to get promoted to admin, but i decided to stop playing dragon because my faction members wanted to play a different server.
2. ElementHCF: I was a mod on element, but the server soon died because the owner was in active.
3. PurgePots: I was a trial mod on purge pots but I resigned because there were barley no hackers./SPOILER]
