AnthroCraft Helper I was helper on a server named AnthroCraft which was a regular factions which changed from gap to pot PvP. It was a lot of fun being staff on it. I was helper for about a month and a half until the owner closed the server due to not getting enough money to hold up the server. The server had about 100 kids daily.
VelocityMC HeadHelper My second staff role was being staff on VelocityMC. Being staff on this server allowed me to gain experience in Faction which I think would make me a great asset to the staff team. I helped a huge amount in team speak as well as in game and gained a lot of tips and tricks to do with screen sharing. I would say I am knowledgeable in screen sharing and general hacked client/ cheats as I learned about different programs and clients that can be used. I did later have to resign for educational reasons
Hcpots Moderator I was moderator on a server called Hcpots with a player base of 70 people at 1 beta test. This was a great time this server was a Pratice server. It was a lot of fun until the server got hacked by Epicay started to become inactive and everyone started leaving
OchaPvp (Mod) (Beta) With screenshare approved I was Moderator on OchaPvp was a Sg / Practice server which a player base of 50 people on the beta test. The reason why i resigned is there was no communication with the higher staff and the lower staff, they never told us what was going on with the server (When next beta test) (New updates) Etc.
8. Why should I consider you for a position?
I believe I should be staff on KRODHQ because I am a very hard working person, I get all my jobs done ASAP and done correctly. I strive to be as good of a staff member as I can be. I am very helpful and will help anyone that needs it. Helping people is a passion of mine. I have a very easy going personality and I don't like a lot of drama. I'm easy to get along with and very enlightening. I am a dedicated person and I will dedicate all my time to HCGames, as it will be my #1 priority. I am able to follow rules well and I do as I'm suppose to. I will contribute my ideas and lend helping hands to the server. I can be on the server most of the day except this times I have school, or other things planned. I will bring my organization and respect to KRODHq.
9. What do you offer to bring to the server?
Picking out a cheater from a legit player
As I have been staff on multiple servers, I've had some time to look into the details of whether or not a player is cheating. Most times, its pretty obvious when someone is hacking because the just dont care. Other times, it is not obvious, and at that point I would take them in TeamSpeak for a screenshare.
Communication:
I have Teamspeak and Skype, I also have a good quality mic so communication will be no issue. i will always be very active in the Teamspeak watching for players who enter Support Rooms. Also, I'm very easy to get along with, I've got an outgoing personality and I love to make people laugh.
Working Together:
I think working together is an important thing to do as a staff member. Asking opinions, taking suggestions and some criticism from other members of the staff team can help you improve on the way you staff a server. Also, I think working together is an important aspect of being staff because things tend to fall apart of everyone strays away from each other. Bonds made with each other start to fade and communication may decrease. You may be doing things that may not appeal to a staff member and with a distant bond, they may not let you know of it. Working together is much more fun that singling yourself out, in my opinion at least.
Concentration:
I am a very concentrated person, I hardly ever get off track when I'm doing something. It is very important to have good focus when you are staff on a Minecraft server because there are a lot of things happening at once, and if you don't stay focused, it is very easy to stray away from the task you were first doing. Also, it is important, to me anyways, to always be watching chat. There are lots of things players say that they can be punished for and it is easy for them to go unpunished if nobody is watching chat. I notice a lot of things other people may not notice.
Recording:
In terms of recording, i am able to record in good quality whenever needed and have a lot of experiance with recording softwares such as action. I can also do the very basics of editing which will come in handy as if i am to obtain the staff rank i will be making a staff series on the network that i would like to see continue and become more entertaining for people to watch while also possibly bringing more players to the server.
Cooperation:
I think I have very good cooperating skills, I always do what I'm told to do when I'm told to do it. As I said earlier, I'm very easy to get along with so I dont want any trouble when being asked to do things. I love helping other people, that's why I love being server staff on Minecraft. I will go out of my way to always help players in need, because I know how it feels to be playing Minecraft, and need help and nobody is willing to give their time to me. Im always open for suggestions and tips on how to improve my job, it makes me happy knowing people want me to be better Also, things get done much faster when cooperation is happening, making everything run smoothly (hopefully).
Maturity:
I believe I am a very mature person. I always deal with situations properly and don't joke around when I am in a serious situation. I am very calm and collected, and, like I said before, easy to get along with. I have a lot of patience and am able to deal with immature people calmly. Ive always had the mindset of “ Being the bigger person “ in situations, although it may be difficult at times, its important to show strength during tough times. Even though it is good to be mature most of the time, it is also fun to have a few jokes and kid around from time to time.
Being responsible and respectful:
I believe responsibility is a very big aspect of being staff on a server. You are being trusted with a lot of commands that you should be responsible with. Also, It is important to be responsible in the situation of owning up to your actions. When a mistake is made or something is not done right, you should fix it or bring it to the attention of someone holding a higher staff position than you. Don't leave the mistake left alone and not fixed. We all make mistakes and it is a way we learn so we should be afraid to tell people when we've made one. Also, I believe is it important to be respectful, whether it is to the players on the server or the staff. I know some people go by the "give me respect and you will receive it from me" saying, and in some cases, I don't really think that it is effective. I think that everyone deserves at least some respect no matter what they have done. All players on the server deserve to be treated with an equal amount of respect, even if they are not giving it to you.

Why should I consider you for a position? I think that you should consider me even though I am young. I have had many experiences before with banning players and pardoning them. I have learned how to get ddoss prevention and I am not a sqeaker.
What do you offer to bring to the server? I think that I can offer high level staff help and to gain player count by promoting the server.
How will you treat players? I will 99% of the time treat them nicely!

Kade is still under development, the same developer on Kade is the main developer behind the sister networks "kihar" and "Krod", Kade is not affiliated with Krod nor Kihar.
Kade is under development and will take longer to release, myself and the developer behind the 3 servers are working with these two as well.
