Hcf (warzone ,wilderness)

I am looking to buy a hcf war zone and wilderness for an upcoming server
What is needed
-size 8k x 8k
-increased ores
-large biomes
-spawners
-large trees (spruce,oak)
-no 1.8 blocks

Biome list
-plains (with large trees, not to hilly) 0.5
-desert (some cacti, 0 pyramids) 0.3
-extreme hills(hilly areas) 0.2

I will need to see some sort of past work and good amount of reputation?? Msg me for more info
