From the previous post he has done and I could be wrong is that he is trying to scam or trying to make money without any effort.

Why do I think this? Reputation and how he has registered:

"Joined Sep 30, 2015" which most likely looks legit but then he just started posting a lot of stuff without actual information of him doing it or even what the plugin does such as:


He is trying to sell a "HCF Stats - MySQL", This shows noting to do with MySQL except showing off a website, he does not show anything else.
