HCFactions Core | High Budget

Hi MC-Market,

I am looking to purchase a non-public HCF core, this core can be a fork of another core but has to be good. I do not want a shitty spigot, the spigot has to be optimised for 300+ players.
The core MUST include the following:

• Factions system with wand claiming and subclaims. (With staff commands, /focus and /tl)
• An economy system with Buy/Sell signs.
• Walls system (PVP Timer, Spawn tag etc)
• All basic commands OR compatibility with essentials.
• An optimised spigot OR compatibility with ANY spigot.
• Staff mode (With utils and chat commands)
• Death bans and lives system. (lives revive, checkdeathban etc)
• Reporting and request system
• Event schedules
• Scoreboard w/ Stuck, Logout etc
• Conquest, KoTH, Citadel and Palace system
• Custom Tab with options to toggle/disable.
• Configuration (Optional)
• Potion Limiter / Enchant Limiter
• Miner, bard and archer kit.
• PVP Timer system.
• Fast brewing and fast smelting
• Weapon tracking system
• Sign elevator system or Minecart
• Crowbar system
• Kitmap mode

I have obviously missed some things but that is mainly what I need.
