HCFactions Core [MUST VIEW]

Hello,
I need a core made for the HCFactions plugin https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/hcfactions

Must include:
- Combat Tag
- PvP Timer (can't enter claimed land)
- Scoreboard
- Scoreboard placeholders for subsides KOTH, HCFactions f stuck, f home
- SOTW timer
- EOTW announcement in chat
- Crowbar
- End exit and entering
- Nether portals setup for nether

It doesn't have to be custom just for me but not Notorious please.

Before you get all the money thirsty developers on here, if I was you; I would state the price you're paying.

I don't mean to be rude, but just because devs want to eat doesn't make them money thirsty. XD You're not wrong that a budget statement is a good idea though.
