He gave me permission to sell it because he gave me full rights to the plugin after he made it. Features:
Some pretty basic HCF features.
1. PVPTimer - Allows players to have protection upon first join of the server, gives 30 minutes to new players, also pauses upon entry of spawn.
Commands - /pvp enable, /pvp time, /pvp givetime, /pvp spawnregion
2. SpawnTag - Hooked into CombatTagPlus, after a player is hit a wall around spawn is created with red stained glass, they and the attacker are the only ones who can see it and they are not able to walk into spawn until the combat time is up.
Commands - /stcreateradius, /stdelete,
3. Enchant / Potion Limiter - Limits any enchantments a player could have with enchantments, and disables selected potions. Also has a map kit view hooked in with a GUI.
Commands - /disableallpotions, /disableallenchants, /viewkit
4. AutoSmelt / Fast Furnace - Allows a player to mine ores without smelting, or allows players to smelt faster than usual.
Commands - /disableautosmelt, /fastfurnace
5. Villager NCP - If a player logs out they spawn a NCP for 10 seconds, and if combat logging they die.
Commands - /disablencp
6. Player Freeze - When a staff member gets notified a player is hacking, once they almost prove they are hacking the staff member can freeze them and send them a message of your choosing, e.g. Do Not Logout, you have 5 minutes to get on TS: ts.teamspeak3.com!
Commands - /ss
7. Classes - Enables a custom pvp feature of giving players effects when they put on an armor set or class. e.g. Miner kit - Once full iron set is on, they get Haste:2 and NightVision:2 until the armor is taken off.
Commands - None.
8. No Enderchests - Disables enderchests from users, enderchests can't be opened or used.
Commands - /denderchest enable, /denderchest disable.
9. No Creepers in world - Disables all creeper spawning in the over-world.
Commands - None.
10. Scoreboard - Custom Scoreboard with Enderpearl timer, SpawnTag timer, and PVPTimer. (Customizable)
Commands - /hcfscoreboard disable, /hcfscoreboard enable
11. MobMerge - Mobs in radius of 10 get stacked together to prevent lag from players that grind all day.
Commands - /mobradius
12. Custom Deaths - When a player is killed lightning strikes at their location, a death sign drops at players death, and puts a custom death message in the chat with kill prefix.
e.g. Player[1] was killed by Robbed[100] using Diamond Sword.
Commands - None.
13. Wrench - Adds a even more hardcore feature to HCF, makes players purchase a wrench and this wrench can break either 1 spawner or 12 end portal frames. Once used the pickaxe will break and no longer able to be used.
Commands - /wrench give
14. LootingSwords - Adds more XP when a player kills a mob with a looting sword.
Commands - /ltswords enable, /lts disable
15. God Apple Cooldown - Adds a cooldown upon a user eating a notch apple or a god apple.
Commands - /gapplecooldown
16. Mod Mode - Allows staff users to be hidden from regular users with vanish, gamemode, and godmode.
Commands - /mod
