Hm, it looks quite weird. You should contact libhalt to try and help you.

Know any fixes btw its the one with the config shoved it one yml called config with a really op scoreboard[DOUBLEPOST=1457660654][/DOUBLEPOST]

This isn't Libhalt core, it is a version by a Spanish Developer, it have many bugs. and is leaked.
