Hey, this is the HCNations Manager and we need staff currently so I decided it won't hurt posting something on here.
Please note that this format was used for my other server, PotsHQ. So I am not a stealing a post. I am rewording it.
Myself and my management team are working closely on getting a better staff team for HCNations. HCNations is a decently relevant server in the HCF community and has been up for around a year. We are however lacking a lot of staff and we need staff in all positions.
We have around 650 Discord members, and by the time you see this post we probably will. We have multiple partners and staff currently.
We release every weekend if not every 2 weekends around 2 PM EST on a Saturday or Sunday and have an organized staff meeting before.
I'm one of the people on this website that doesn't waste a lot of time with format or design, and I would like to get straight to the point of this thread.
Necessities:
-Knowledgeable about HCF.
-Staff Experience.
^ The two above are the most important hence why they have their own section. If you are not knowledgeable about HCF without good HCF experience, meaning you were not staff on some random HCF server with 2 players on, then I don’t wanna accept you. I care about relevant experiences, so please don't list me any bad experiences.
Requirements:
-Able to be professional.
-Able to be chill.
-When not necessary, there's no need to type to me in a robotic or professional fashion with proper grammar.
-Able to take jokes.
-Aged 14 or older.
-Logic.
-Able to operate TeamSpeak.
-Understand you cannot recruit staff.
-Professionalism around players yet the ability to loosen up with staff and through conversation.
-Ability to record.
-Teamwork skills.
-Microphone.
How much of each position we need still:
Helpers: 5
Moderators: 5
Senior Moderators: 3
Junior Admins: 2
Admin: 2
Senior Admin: 1
Must have loads of experience to be even considered for a high position.
