I recently posted a thread letting you all know that HCNations is currently taking applications for staff members.
HCNations is a PvP based server that takes pride in our HCF, Kitmap and KitPvP servers. We shut down a fair while ago and we're re-releasing soon as our Owners, Developers and myself as a Manager have been working to our greatest we've ever worked.
I am from Australia and if you have been staff on an HCF or perhaps any Minecraft server you'd realize this isn't ideal for a US server to have an AU manager. We did have a US manager but due to the manager being toxic and someone who you can't work with due to rudeness and laziness we have removed him from the server. At this time we're looking for a manager that is from the US who is able to be professional, who knows how PotPvP works, an active person in our community and to be able to deal with difficulties when times come their way.
Other than that, HCNations are still also looking for normal staff members as well!
What HCNations is looking out for are people who are willing to take part in our community and help us regain popularity, people who are loyal to our server and who can help us on a daily basis even if that is scrolling through discord and chatting to our players who support our server or someone who is having struggles with something on our server.
We want the best staff that we can get as in my opinion HCNations is going to be big again.
Our SOTW amounts based on 300-400 players during our peak time before we shut and we need staff to be able to recognize that players constantly are needing help no matter what the issue is and I do not want staff to be mucking around or inactive when the time comes.
What we're in need of is:
A manager who is from the US and the US only.
I am wanting one senior admin and admin, one senior moderator, three more moderators, and 4 helpers.
I am not going to rush into everything and think someone's staff application and interview is terrific and hand them over senior admin straight away. You will start at either Moderator or Helper. You work your way up just like every does on this server.
Currently, we're almost due for beta release for staff to test out the basics of the server to find exploits/bugs/glitches. Players may not be interested in HCNations to apply for staff but it will be worth waiting for and you always have TeamSpeak, Forums, and Discord to look out at and support people for anything.
I hope this thread makes sense or nothing is repeated too much I am super busy with the server itself.
