How many hours are you able to put into HCNetwork?: 1-5 hours daily
Have you had any past experiences as a staff member?: yes staff on cracked servers like Jartex (player base 600+) and another server that closed which had player base 300+
Why do you want to become a staff member on HCNetwork?: as I get bored and I want to show my potential to others and help develop servers for free.
Why should you be chosen over any other applicants?: I have good experience with plugins and running a server and know what it is like being a staff member

Have you had any past experiences as a staff member?: Yes;
- Avalon Network | Server Manager; dealt with promotions / demotions, website (enjin, nothing serious), factions server node config / setup, and player wellbeing
- Harkvale | Staff Manager; dealt with recruitment, website setup, Xenforo assistance + towny server setup
- SCM | Staff Manager; recruitment, graphics + website management
These are only my biggest positions, I have been staff on many more, however I will only list them if you request via PM
Why do you want to become a staff member on HCNetwork?: See, what I could do here is just randomly babble out some nonsense about how 'I want to see the server grow', and how I 'Love the community' (even though I have never even joined the server). No, I'm going to tell you the truth behind why I want to be staff here, and this is that I just came across this post in the Staff Recruitment section, and thought, 'Oh, well this seems pretty cool', came over, read the thread, and wrote a brief application.
Why should you be chosen over any other applicants?: I can tell you for a fact, that I'm not perfect, I'm not always right, and I'm not always the winner in an argument, but I'm not a sore loser, and I don't loose my cool off some measly reason. This is not my only 'unique' feature however, I would like to say I have a large, and developed vocabulary, and I have been told that I correct people on their grammar too often. After all my self proclamation, I wouldn't feel right without having to say that although I may be very experienced in my roles (above), I am still learning, and I do still make mistakes. However, I like it when somebody can challenge what I'm saying, or call me up on something I have said, it helps me / others grow as people.
Additional information?: I am unavailable Sundays and (some) Wednesdays due to rugby practice. Also, I speak Afrikaans (similar to Dutch and Flemish)

Why do you want to become a staff member on HCNetwork?: Because, as an Ex-Owner of a Network, I understand the struggle there is administrating everything by yourself.
Why should you be chosen over any other applicants?: Character and overall my huge experiance as a Minecraft Network Owner. I'm also really friendly and know how to deal with problems.

I know a lot about server management and plugin configuration. I also speak fluently 3 languages (Catalan, Spanish and English) and can defend myself in French.
