First of all, you already have a thread in this section looking for the exact same thing - was there any need to make a new one?
Second, hardly anyone uses Teamspeak anymore - everyone now uses Discord for the most part.
Also this thread is just very messy in general. If you are serious about looking for staff and potential owners/investors you need to come across more professionally. For instance, making headlines/titles bold and the rest of the text normal. It clears things up and makes your thread look more presentable. No one will take you seriously if you take 5 minutes making a messy thread - it shows your lack of care.
There's multiple other things I could go into now, but they are more opinion than anything. That being said, good luck.
