HCRefill is a network that offers HCF and Practice. The server is primarily focusing on the HCF game mode which is a new take on the genre that aspires to create a unique and thrilling experience for all players alike. We are a small community with around 400 members in our discord and we are looking to expand. However, due to the extensive nature of the project, we are looking to hire a few more [Trial Moderators] [Developers], [Builders], and [Social Media Managers]. These roles are all volunteer positions that will offer a great opportunity to build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills in a competitive staff environment.
Job Description
Our team is seeking dedicated people who can contribute a plethora of positive qualities that will benefit the basis of our network. Specific job descriptions can be found below.
[Trial Moderators]
Dedicated players who can enforce rules in both our Discord and Minecraft server.
This is a voluntary starter position in which you can build your communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Staff members with this role will be promoted after demonstrating their competence and dedication to the server.
[Builders]
Has a talent for building a variety of structures within Minecraft.
People who have a creative mindset and can think outside of the box to provide a unique environment for the server.
Have experience in building and can provide a portfolio of previous builds.
Has an exceptional work ethic and can work independently and with a team.
This is a voluntary position, however, after the server releases and acquires funding all builds will be on a commission basis.
[Social Media Managers]
A person who specializes in marketing and can bring real people, not bots, to our community.
Can manage social media platforms.
Can work with a team and can communicate with staff members.
A person who is profesional.
This is a voluntary position, but it is a great opportunity to get experience and build a reputation for yourself. It also offers a competitive environment in which you can build many real-world skills and work with a unique and dedicated team.
