HCTeams System Factions

Does anyone know how to claim system factions using HCTeams? (The same core VeltPvP, and ViperMC run)

yeah, just don't use HCTeams.... (Im kidding) it should be /f claimfor <faction> just select the area with worldedit.

basically you create a faction, f opclaim the area, f forceleave, then its a power faction, then do bitmasks etc.
