Hey There, I'm currently looking for a head developer for my network, you will lead and manage the development team and make sure tasks and work is being done, You have to make sure that quality of work is good
You will have to have worked for established networks with atleast 100+ players, You will need to look at the server from a players perspective and make improvements based on what you find.
Requirements
5 years of configuration experience
Age: 18+
Comfortable with working in a team
Comfortable and capable of leading a team
Look at a server from a player’s perspective
1-2+ years of plugin development experience using Java <— required (0/2)
Be able to dedicate 4+ hours per day
Im not like most people where I want developers to just do what their told but you are welcome to pitch ideas and second guess my ideas and just come up with feedback and everything since there are a lot of good ideas and we need keep player retention going and improving and I think using surveyplus for daily surveys on the server might be fun since not everybody on the server is also on the discord so they aren’t suggesting anything so we need to do it for them and just come up with content for them to vote on and then add.
I’m not looking for someone who simply wants the job because they get paid but someone who is actually interested in being part of something we can build together since I value opinions and ideas since we can build something fun and interesting together and I believe the server needs immense improvement.
Payment can be discussed in DMs but I’m not looking for this to be a paid job at first but if you do well and you want to stick around, we can talk about it but let’s first build an enjoyable server
