Head Hunting Plugin

Hello MC-Market.
I'm currently searching for a head hunting plugin that fits my needs.
I'm looking for one to have a 50% Drop rate per kill & if a player does the command /sh it sells them for a percentage of there balance ( All configurable )

I would also like if the plugin has it where i can make a villager and players can walk up to it and sell them aswell.
Budget: $5-$10

It has a villager and head dropping but I the head drops 100% of the time right now but its a easy change.
