TL/DR: If you have the skills to make a server list + Server hosting that can work together, I want you to work with/for me. I'll take care of the costs and advertising. You make everything work.
After many years of running mine-craft servers, i had decided to stop running them due to real life work
I'm looking for people who also have substantial disposable income, and ample time to put into a project i am designing. (Your not paying for anything. I'm just making sure your not a thirsty kid.)
A website which would be responsible for being a server list, hosting servers (free and paid), as well as the stadium for a community forum which would hold many people and players alike.

Requirements: Proof of sustainable income - You can be any age 14+, but i need proof that you have some sort of money that doesn't just come from good ol' ma or pa.
Screening- I'll be talking to you to see if you are able for this. You will need to know how to work on a dedicated server to achieve such a task. (Server list, system for management, forum (I have xenforo licence, if you find that satisfactory, Server payment and automation) Time efficiency is important.
Pay: (Negotiable) I'd say 25 downpayment (suddenly the thousands of funny reactions and "We deserve more" show up. And 25$ completion of each feature. And you may stay to gain a percent of what is gained from profits.
Though, i'd prefer the below..
You will not be paid until it begins creating profit. I'm saying this mainly because money is a very important asset to all of us, and if you got it just for saying you could do it and waited a few months.. Theres no way i could say you couldn't. So I'd rather expect you to believe in yourself and your results. For the benefit of all.

The ones with the most votes and uptime, as well as player ratio would determine if they are "top" or not.
Alright, in that case they will be given a fer differences if they choose to be free.
On creation, they supply a name of the server and we will give them a IP with the DNS linking to our host. For example, (NAME).(HOST).com
And of course, every ten minutes there will be a impossible to ignore message to all who have a free server, advertising the host - which will be us.
Plan1:
512 mb ram : 1$ for one month.
Plan2:
1024 mb ram : 2$ for one month.
Plan2:
2048 mb ram : 3$ for one month.
It will go no higher than this. Unless we were ready for it. For now, this is as much as i will tolerate.
