I am looking for headphones with a really good microphone with a budget of around £100 and I have no clue what's good or not good so I want some opinions/recommendations.

Thanks!

I recently watched a video where he recommended headphones and we agree.

1. Hyperx Cloud 2 (I personally have them and I can recommend them they are good quality and good microphone average)

2. Razer BlackShark V2 X

You can buy these versions wireless too.The more expensive ones are Corsair and the like. Hopefully I have helped you and have a nice day :)

The reviews for Hyperx cloud 2 seem really good and the price is really good :)

I'll wait for some more replies and within a couple days If no replies I'll be getting them.

Cloud II n black shark both aren't that great tbh (cloud ii is actually one of better audio products out of the big few gaming mainstream peripheral companies.). This is the case with a most gaming audio products. They spend a lot of their budget towards the marketing side. Honestly the recommendation is to always pair a mic and headphones together rather than a headset. iirc if you're deadset on a headset then the pc37x should be within your budget right now or during sales (prime day and newegg fantastech in a few days).

I'd recommend something like an akg k361/k371 with apple 3.5mm to usb c dongle (it functions as a DAC) combined with a marantz mpm1000u usb for the mic. This should be in your budget with upcoming sales.

Honestly, I'm barely into audio though. I recommend getting help from this discord server. The people that are active and founded the server basically taught me almost everything I know related to how pc hardware works and general overclocking and indepth into that sort of stuff. (most youtubers/pc enthusiasts are not good sources tbh). They have a lot of knowledge, use reputable sources that perform heavy testing, etc.

When it comes to finding the right headphones with a solid microphone within a budget of around £100, consider checking out the Audio-Technica ATH-M40x or the Sony WH-CH510. They offer great sound quality and decent mics for the price. If you're planning on creating content or need top-notch sound quality for important calls, you might want to consider investing in a separate USB microphone. If you're ever curious about exploring different audio gadgets, you can also check out microphones used for ASMR. They're known for their precise sound capture, which might inspire your audio setup.
