my brother had an Corsair HS60 headset lying around, and wasn't using it.
My parents have problems with hearing, and need an headset, so I decided to try this headset.
After testing it, I thought the headset was broken, as I had only sound coming from the left side.
However: the headset has a volume slide, and I found out when sliding the volume slide down the volume changes to only the right side, when sliding it up it turns to the left side again. When keeping it in the middle there's no sound at all. I have tried to turn the sound up/down very slowly, but it was always either on the left or right.
This tells me that both sides of the headset are working, but I just can't seem to figure out what is exactly the problem with the headset. I have searched on internet, but couldn't really find anything related, which is why I turned to this forum.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks.
