Displays health under the player. Like many popular servers do.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but asking for a plugin that requires displays like that, which also requires multiple compatibilities, and for a budget that small, isn't likely to get many responses. I'd advise increasing your budget price significantly, as a friendly comment
