What am I suggesting:
Some form of rating that will be used when viewing accounts which are for sale. These are obviously shown when viewing the thread or could be shown with a prefix alike some websites, EG:

How it would work:
This could simply be implemented as a rating system, like the agree and disagree in the suggestions sub-forum and either be shown inside the thread or on the outside when viewing the sub-forum for accounts as a whole.

Why should this be implemented:
I understand that this may be seen as pointless, or the heat on a thread could be directly linked to the amount of views it currently has. However, I believe this suggestion is one which will clean up the threads for the sellers. Currently when you sell an account, before serious bids begin to come in there's usually like 3 or 4 people who don't even know you who just say "Nice account glws". No offence to these guys but their comments are practically useless and don't really help to the sale. I'll admit some people who vouch for the buyer can help but I don't understand why that will do anything as of the fact that they should have already vouched for them on their profile page or in the form of reputation, so again I deem it as pointless. Whereas, if you had a really nice OG you would get a lot of "heat" meaning that people would go check your thread out and you will get more potential buyers. It also could be used to shed light on deals on maybe semi-og accounts, as the account name may not be the best but the price tag is good, making people check it out as it has some "heat" and getting a quicker sale. This would also be able to give the seller some feedback obviously but it will be vague. It will tell the seller quickly if the account is liked and if the price is fair without the mass messages in the comments section that usually turn into an argument leading into the PM's. I know it would be hard but you could even implement a system where you can see the weeks accounts for sale with the most "heat", or a way to filter the OG Sub-forum to where you see all the accounts in order of most heat.

Furthermore, this could be introduced website wide into many other Sub-forums which contain discussions alike this thread where you can have an agree to disagree bar underneath the thread. This would obviously be implemented in a similar way the heat is implemented which is why I put them in the same suggestion thread.

I know someone is about to comment upon the fact that the agree ratings are already shown here but as you see here, this thread has 23 agrees but also has 22 disagrees which is not shown and almost gives a false sense that it is a very liked idea.

There are many different ways in which this one suggestion could be executed which is why I believe your opinion is needed as you can open my eyes to more alternative and maybe better ideas.

One last point, this rating system may be almost abused by people who have hatrid for others by trashing their threads with -heat. So this could either be a feature in which premium/supreme can only add or people with more than 5 reputation etc. This will obviously aid this and prevent accounts getting trashed by random new members.

Please, I understand that this may not be a great suggestion in everyone's eyes and I dont mind if you disagree with it. I want to lay my opinions onto the table and if it gets denied, so be it. Please leave your opinion in the nicest way possible below and please leave any arugements or toxicity out of this thread.

Not sure how useful this will be but this is a JavaScript on how to make a like/dislike bar which could be altered by a dev to make it fit your needs?: Link

Thanks again,
Have a good day!

No thanks. We don't need another way to dick ride Glove and other "popular" OG sellers.

Btw, the GLWS shit isn't allowed and hasn't for a few months already.

"1.8 Do not post content which is extremely low in quality, irrelevant, redundant, unnecessary, or meaningless. (e.g: “Looks nice, GLWS”, “Vouch, bought an {item}”)"

Well I understand but it could be put in a nicer way ;) Kappa
You say it isnt allowed yet it still happens a fair bit. I just looked through a couple og account sales and these were all within the last month. This rule should be enforced if it is something that shouldnt be happening? Just to show a few, only went through a couple of the recent OG threads (No offence really to these people):

If its not allowed but still happens, report the posts for "low quality", and they'll hopefully get handled. Repeat offenders will end up with warnings until they stop.

Account sales threads don't need any reactions at all I don't think and some sort of voting bar would just look messy and unprofessional. If an account is already in the OG section it's assumed that account is going to be pretty 'hot'. Don't really need users telling the OP that it is a nice account.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
