Your server is minecraft 1.8.8, as it says on the spigot page, it only supports 1.9 and 1.10.

This cannot be the plugin he uses, he already said in another post that it was a custom plugin xD

Supply rates is custom the crates themselves are custom we have a vehicles plugin it's custom which is being fixed. So you satisfied?
